Welcome to my Portfolio - Thrilled you are here! I am an instructional designer who is passionate about designing engaging courses to exceed learning outcomes. I am reliable, ambitious, professional, and skilled in Articulate Storyline & Rise, ADDIE, Google Suite, analysis, and more! My design process consist of analyzing the needs, determining if the gap is related to skills or content, finding out who the target audience is, and selecting the most appropriate delivery method. From there I create a design document and storyboard to give an overall picture of what the training will look like, including learning objectives. I refer to Bloom's Taxonomy to elaborate my LO. Once everything is approved by the SMEs, I develop the course with the chosen authoring tool.
